The solid pine top has a warm, mellow scrubbed finish with the right amount of age and marking from nearly 200 years of service. Below, a shaped apron frames the generous kneehole (approximately H 665 mm x W 540 mm), comfortable for everyday use as a small home-office desk or dressing table. To each pedestal are three graduated drawers, retaining period-style brass plate handles, offering practical storage for stationery, files or laptop paraphernalia.
