A handsome and well-proportioned antique Edwardian oak buffet sideboard dating to around 1900, displaying excellent colour, grain and a pleasingly restrained country character. The sideboard is fitted with a pair of upper drawers, each retaining its original brass swan-neck handles, above two panelled cupboard doors opening to reveal generous internal shelving. The cupboard doors are framed by simple mouldings and retain their original escutcheons, adding period authenticity without unnecessary ornament.
