Antique Queen Anne Period Oak Wardrobe Hall Robe, circa 1700

A wonderful and original solid oak wardrobe/cupboard, dating from the early 1700s, marking the reign of Queen Anne.
Exquisitely carved frieze bearing the date “1707”, double panelled doors, original iron hinges, over two frieze drawers. The interior revealing fitted pegs and a hanging rail. Superb colour and patination throughout. Very solid and sturdy.
