An exceptional Antique Early Victorian Figured Walnut Oval Loo Tilt Top Dining Table, dating from around c.1830, combining refined craftsmanship with rich period elegance. The beautifully grained figured walnut top displays stunning burr patterns and depth of tone, finished with a moulded edge and mounted on a robust pedestal base.

The central column is turned and reeded, supported by a quadruple swept leg base with ebony stringing, brass caps, and ceramic castors — features typical of the finest early 19th-century English craftsmanship. The tilt-top mechanism functions smoothly, allowing the table to be folded and stored upright when not in use.

Perfect as a centre table, occasional table, or four-seater dining table, this elegant piece brings a warmth and sophistication that only genuine period walnut can offer. Its golden tone, deep polish, and balanced proportions make it a striking focal point in any interior — from Georgian townhouses to modern classic spaces.
