An excellent solid walnut French provincial 18th-century armoire, dated 1809. Large pair of arched panelled doors, with hand-carved fruits, flowers, wheat ears and various flora and fauna. Carved frieze with monogram and date.

Working lock and key. The interior benefiting with adjustable shelves and a series of three internal drawers. A hanging rail can be added.

Super colour and patination throughout the piece.
